Shipping

Free shipping to our customers in the USA. No minimum order purchase requirement and no fine print. 

All products are stocked in the US and shipped from US warehouses. All orders are shipped and processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and holidays). Once a product leaves the warehouse, we will forward you the tracking information so that you know exactly when your order will arrive (typically delivered within 7 days).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit delivery. 

Economy shipping (5-8 business days) is free for our customersThe customer will pay for all other available shipment methods, such as expedited or overnight shipment method. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Luxora Retail ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and to P.O. boxes.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us.  If you need to request a return or exchange, we want to make it simple and convenient for you.

All return/exchange requests must be pre-approved by us. The following applies to all products except certain specialty items that are labeled as such in the product description.

You may return or exchange products in their original packaging within 30 days of order date. Personalized items may only be returned or exchanged if the items are defective in materials or workmanship. Please notify us of defective merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of product. Defective items will be replaced immediately based on availability. If a credit is preferred, credit will be made back to your original method of payment.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
